Cimigo is committed to safeguarding the privacy of users of the Site, whilst ensuring that you receive a high quality service. 2. The Information We Collect
We ask for personal information only when you purchase products or if you want to download free reports. To purchase products or download documents, you have to create your personal profile. The types of personal information that are collected in the personal profile are: name, company name, title, address, e-mail address, phone number.

3. The way we use personal information
We use your personal information only to provide the documents you requested. We use email address for the following purposes

• to send you a confirmation about your purchase order
• to send you a link where you can download your purchased documents once payment has proceeded
• to answer the email we receive and to communicate with you
• send you the newsletter (if you signed up to it).
• to send you marketing e-mails updating you on new reports, services or promotions from Cimigo only

We use your postal address only to send you reports after a purchase of a hard copy report.
We do not share any of your personal information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

4. Credit Card Processing:
When you buy something with a credit card, we use OnePay, a credit card processing service provider in Vietnam to verify your credit card and bill you. For credit card payment you will be redirected to the website of OnePay and you will have to agree to their Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

5. Adapt and Remove Profile
Your profile information can be adapted by logging into your profile first and going to the “personal information” screen. If you want to remove your profile, you have to log into your account and use the “account removal” screen.

6. Unsubscribe from newsletter / e-mails
To unsubscribe from the newsletter, log into your account and uncheck the Newsletter checkbox in your “personal information” screen.
Cimigo might occasionally send you personal e-mails with updates about new products and reports related to your industry. If you wish not to receive such e-mails, please reply to the e-mail and we will exclude you from further updates.

7. Changes in this Privacy Statement
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement on the home page and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page.
