Why do I have to open an account to order reports?

Our reports are usually sent by e-mail, so we have to have your correct email address. Also, some of our reports will be sent by regular mail, that’s why we need your postal address and company name. We collect your telephone number in case we have a question about your order.

How often can I download my documents?

Your pdf documents will be stored under your order history can be downloaded up to 5 times. To download your documents, sign in to your profile, click on ‘Order history and documents to download’ and choose your payment order.

How will I get access to my pdf files?

As soon as we register your payment on our bank account, we will mark your order as ‘succeeded’ and you will automatically receive an email with a link to your documents. Follow the instructions in the email to download your reports.

How long does it take until I receive my documents?

Documents will only be available after successful payment. E-documents will be available 1 days after payment, hard copies will be sent via regular mail, which can take up to 7 working days. If you pay by credit card, your e-documents will be ready to download immediately.

What methods of payment can I use?

Payment is currently only available by bank transfer (Credit Card option is currently under construction and will be available soon). When checking out your shopping cart and proceeding to payment, you will receive a link to a invoice in pdf format. Please pay the due amount by bank transfer to the account as you stated on the invoice. When your payment has succeeded, you will receive an e-mail with a link to download your documents.

In which format are reports available?

Most of the reports are available in digital format and downloadable as pdf documents. Some of the reports are available as hard copies. These reports are marked as ‘hard copy’ and will be sent to your postal address by regular mail. Unless specified otherwise, hard copy reports will not be available in pdf format.

How do I place an order?

Just select the product/s you wish to purchase and click the or "add to cart" button. To be able to add products to your shopping cart, you have to create a profile first.

How do I download free documents?

Some documents are provided for free by Cimigo. In order to download your documents, you have to create an account first. When you sign in to your account, you will be able to download free documents.
